During December 2022, Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will receive two new Xbox games: Colt Canyon and Bladed Fury.
Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will have exclusive access to Bladed Fury and Colt Canyon for a limited time. They will be available for download from the beginning of the month and from mid-month through December 31.
Xbox Live Gold will also continue to give subscribers access to two free Xbox One games each month. Until the end of December, the remaining Xbox Live Gold titles will be available to all subscribers. You can also buy the Xbox One versions of these games from the Xbox Store.
Colt Canyon ($14.99 ERP): Available December 1 to 31
Colt Canyon is a western wasteland shooter with a unique pixel art style. The game features two-player cooperative play, randomly generated levels, and more than 100 weapons.
There’s also a permadeath mode and plenty of upgrades to collect. The game’s spaghetti western soundtrack complements the action.
Colt Canyon features a variety of characters to play as and plenty of bloodthirsty enemies. Besides, there are a bunch of upgrades to collect, including dynamite-powered destruction, weapons, and hidden treasures to discover.
Colt Canyon will be available for free for Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers throughout the month.
Bladed Fury ($19.99 ERP): Available December 16 to January 15
Bladed Fury will be available for Xbox Live Gold subscribers on December 16. The game’s art style is inspired by Chinese mythology and is set in the Warring States Period.
Bladed Fury tells the story of an exiled princess who goes on a perilous journey to find justice and vengeance. The campaign with this awesome storyline takes 3 – 4 hours to complete.
The game also has fast, fluid combat, such as Soul Sliver, a mechanic that lets you make combo attacks, and plenty of formidable bosses.
