To stay safe, you can scan nearby wildlife by pressing [RMB] to identify the name of the creature. Then, the Terminal on your ship will give you more information on how to avoid them. Bracken
The Bracken is one of the most troublesome monsters in Lethal Company. It can easily ruin a run if you’re not careful. This tall creature is both stealthy and aggressive, making it difficult for players to remain calm when confronted by it.
The Bracken is a dangerous creature that can sneak up on you without you noticing. To protect yourself, you need to be on the lookout for it and spot it before it gets too close. If you stare at it, it will become hostile and quickly snap your neck. After a successful kill, it will drag the body to its favorite room, which is usually the furthest room from the facility entrance.
While it’s possible to defeat a Bracken with a flash grenade, stun gun, and shovel, it’s a risky move because the creature is very fast and can cause serious harm.
Ghost Girl
Ghost Girl is a rare and complex enemy in the game that haunts abandoned facility rooms. She looks like a cute little girl in a red dress with white dots, but she’s actually very dangerous because she only targets and kills one player at a time. Plus, she’s invisible to everyone else except that one player.
If you see Ghost Girl skipping towards you or notice the lights flickering and strange sounds, it means she’s about to start chasing you. If this happens, try to escape by getting back to the ship and using the teleporter.
If she catches you, it’s game over. So, to avoid her, don’t go looking for her or approach her if you hear her breathing. And if you’re lucky enough to find a TV in the room, turn it on to distract her so that you can survive the match.
Forest Keeper
Be careful when wandering around an abandoned facility in Lethal Company, as you might encounter a huge creature called Forest Keeper. These beasts are very curious and will chase anything that catches their attention, including players. Although they don’t eat their prey, they use them to mark their territory.
Trying to kill Forest Keeper is not possible, and they will keep chasing you. The only way to permanently get rid of them is to attract an Earth Leviathan to eat them. If Forest Keeper happens to catch and eat you, you can use a Laser Pointer to distract them and free yourself. Be careful though, as they can grab players even if they are inside a ship.
Thumper
Another monster in the game is very fast and charges straight at you. It is called Thumper. If you come across it, it can attack you and you might die. But don’t worry, there are ways to protect yourself.
The most important thing to do is to avoid being seen by Thumper. It’s really fast and can’t turn corners easily, so if you run or jump on stairs and fence railings, it won’t be able to attack you. You can even use a shovel to fight back!
It’s also a good idea to keep your distance from Thumper when it’s not attacking you. If you get too close, it might start chasing you, and if it kills you, you’ll have to pay a fine to get back to the game.
Earth Leviathan
Earth Leviathan is one of the most dangerous monsters in Lethal Company. It looks like a long, worm-like creature that attacks from underground. To avoid it, you should listen for rumbling sounds and avoid the area where it might be hiding.
If you do come across this monster, the best thing to do is to run away. But be careful, because running too much will make you tired very quickly. It’s also important to work together with your friends, as you can tell when the Earth Leviathan is nearby by listening for its growling sound and seeing particles jumping out of the ground.
If the Earth Leviathan does attack you, drop anything you’re carrying and start running. It will follow you in the direction you’re headed, so make sure you don’t stop until you’re out of danger. Remember that this monster can only attack you when you’re outside of buildings or ships.
