Embark Studios is releasing ARC Raiders, an exciting sci-fi action shooter that promises to deliver an adrenaline-fueled experience like no other. You should be ready to team up with a group of rebel fighters and fight against the brutal mechanized foe, ARC!
In this game, players have the opportunity to protect Earth from an enigmatic mechanized danger that emerges from the depths of space. The demand for resources is incredibly high on the desolate planet of Speranza, and in order to stay alive, you must search the terrain for all sorts of things, ranging from deadly machines to the unexpected remnants of a pinball machine.
ARC Raiders Available Platforms
The looter shooter genre is a very crowded one, so new titles really have to stand out in order to grab the attention of fans. Revealed back at the Game Awards 2021, ARC Raiders is a free-to-play sci-fi game from ex-EA and DICE devs that looks pretty impressive.
As you know, Embark Studios has changed ARC Raiders‘ focus from a co-op experience to a PvPvE extraction shooter; it seems likely that ARC Raiders will launch for PS5, Xbox, and PC in 2024.
The game was originally scheduled to launch in 2022, but the company postponed it in August 2022 in order to “expand the experience and allow it to reach its fullest potential.”
