F1 23 Driver Ratings – Full List

The long-awaited Formula 1 simulation racing game F1 23 was released on June 16 by EA Sports. While Formula One fans are wondering what the game’s new features are, there is also curiosity about the F1 23 driver ratings. 

2022’s World champion Max Verstappen is top of the rankings, but he won’t have it all his own way, as 7-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton and Formula 1 icon Fernando Alonso occupy the second and third spots, respectively.

The ratings in F1 23 take into account four categories: pace, racecraft, experience, and awareness. In order to earn the highest rating possible, a driver must have an excellent combination of all four of these categories. Those who perform well in qualifying will also earn extra points that they can use to improve their race position. Additionally, drivers will have their ratings adjusted throughout the year based on their performance in actual races.

It’s an interesting list, and there are plenty of surprises-both good and bad – to be found. I suspect some of the players’ ratings might be a little high at launch, but I’m sure fans will continue to debate the rankings as the season unfolds.
